ACCOMMODATION

Our accommodation is fully equipped and graded 5 Star by the Scottish Tourist Board. If you would like full details of what equipment is supplied, please do not hesitate to enquire.

Our accommodation caters for a maximum of 6 people. The maximum capacity may not be exceeded. Exceeding this will result in Coorie Doon terminating the hire.
Coorie Doon is non smoking throughout

ELECTRICITY

Reasonable electricity charges are included in the tariffs quoted for our accommodation.

We will not be held accountable for any interruption or cessation of usual services because of industrial action or other occurrence

LINEN

Bedding, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided in our accommodation. We ask that you strip your beds on day of departure. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you have any special requests, please let us know. We will make every reasonable effort to meet your requirements.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Please contact Coorie Doon to check availability and to make a provisional booking. You must then forward your booking form and full payment to Coorie Doon. We normally hold a provisional booking for a maximum of 7 days. All cheques should be made payable to ALCHEMY EFFECTS LTD. All bookings are accepted at Coorie Doon’s discretion. Groups under 25 years or all male/female groups are only accepted with the specific agreement of Coorie Doon. By making a reservation you agree to abide by these booking conditions

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL

Your booking is a binding contract with Coorie Doon. If you wish to cancel your holiday after the booking has been made, this must be done so in writing to Coorie Doon.
Cancellation fees are as follows;
¶ Bookings cancelled 8 weeks or more prior to date of arrival will incur an admin charge of 25% of total rate
¶ Bookings cancelled between 4 and 8 weeks prior to date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total rate
¶ Bookings cancelled with less than 4 weeks notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rate
¶ Upon cancellation, the payment cannot be moved to another date
¶ There will be no refunds for early departures

ON YOUR ARRIVAL

Your accommodation will normally be available at 4 p.m. If you are arriving after 8 p.m. please advise Coorie Doon beforehand. There is no entry into your accommodation after 9.30 p.m. When you take over your accommodation, you accept it and the equipment as being undamaged and in good working order unless reported to Coorie Doon office within 24 hours.

PARKING

There is parking for up to 4 cars beside your accommodation. All additional vehicles must be parked in the main {free} Council car park around 50 metres away.

ON YOUR DEPARTURE

You must vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. It is your responsibility to leave your accommodation clean and tidy All breakages and damages must be paid for. An inspection of your accommodation may be carried out prior to your departure. If this is not possible, any damages will be recorded and an invoice forwarded to you for settlement.

SHORTCOMINGS

Every effort is made by Coorie Doon to ensure that your holiday is perfect. Although we try our best, we are not always perfect ourselves! Any problems which may occur must be reported to Coorie Doon immediately so they can be rectified speedily. Unless advised of a problem, we cannot resolve it, therefore no claims can be considered at a later date. All accidents, however minor must be reported to Coorie Doon immediately.

IF WE WISH TO CANCEL

We reserve the right to cancel the hire without any liability if in our opinion you are not suitable to take charge of the accommodation. We also reserve the right to terminate the hire if in our opinion there are grounds which would include damage to accommodation, vandalism, unreasonable or antisocial behaviour, failing to abide by Coorie Doon rules or exceeding the permitted number of occupants. Such cancellation or termination is without prejudice to any legal steps which we as Owners consider necessary to protect our interests. No refunds will be given.
