IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL

If you wish to cancel your holiday after the booking has been made, this must be done so in writing to Coorie Doon.

Cancellation fees are as follows:
 

• Bookings cancelled 8 weeks or more prior to date of arrival will incur an admin charge of 25% of total rate
• Bookings cancelled between 4 and 8 weeks prior to date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total rate.
• Bookings cancelled with less than 4 weeks notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rate.
• Upon cancellation, the payment cannot be moved to another date.
• There will be no refunds for early departures
